4. Investment

II. CLARIFICATIONS ON ISSUES

1. In June 2025, I took 7 days off from work due to illness that required hospitalization. I only informed my direct supervisor via text message and phone call, and did not submit a formal leave request. As a result, the Company issued a Decision to terminate my labor contract (on the grounds that I was absent from work for 5 or more consecutive days without permission) even though the contract term had not yet expired. I would like to ask whether the Company’s action is lawful or not?

2. Lawyer, may I ask which contractual terms I should focus on if I intend to distribute goods through an agency agreement?

3.How does the current merger of administrative units affect the jurisdiction of the courts?

III. NEWS HIGHLIGHTS FOR YOU

1. From July 1, 2025: Additional conditional business lines introduced
2. Several new regulations on notarization and certification take effect from July 1, 2025
