Recruitment Process
VPL is very rigorous in its recruitment process. Candidates should carefully review the process below:
Step 1: Application Submission
- Application deadline: As per the recruitment announcement.
- Eligibility requirements: Will be clearly stated in the job description and recruitment requirements in the recruitment announcement for each position.
- Required documents: Cover letter, Resume/CV, Degrees and Transcripts
Step 2: Professional Competency Assessment
- VPL will send a competency test to candidates via email.
- Candidates must return the test results to VPL within 7 days.
- VPL will review the test results.
Step 3: Direct Interview
Qualified candidates will be invited for a direct interview at the head office. Candidates should take note of the following interview preparation:
- Dress code: (1) Male candidates: dark-colored suit or white shirt, dress pants, tie, dress shoes; (2) Female candidates: dark-colored suit or white shirt, dress pants, high heels.
- Interview format: Lawyers and the Head of HR will conduct the interview in Vietnamese or English.
- Interview content: Focuses on the candidate’s academic background, work experience, and career development goals.
Step 4: Recruitment Notification
VPL will send interview results to candidates via email. Simultaneously, trial employment terms will be proposed in accordance with the company’s regulations.
