With over a decade of experience in legal consulting, Lawyer Kha is a trusted expert in assisting businesses and investors in Vietnam.
He not only has in-depth knowledge of the legal system but also possesses rich practical experience, especially in investment, business, and commerce.
Before assuming the role of Director of the Legal Consulting Center – Binh Duong Bar Association, he worked at the Urban Management Department – Thu Dau Mot City People’s Committee (2003-2007), specializing in land and construction.
With over 10 years of legal consulting for Becamex IDC Corporation and its subsidiaries, Lawyer Kha has directly participated in many large-scale investment projects of corporations from Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, and Korea in Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Phuoc, and Ba Ria – Vung Tau, as well as overseas investment projects of Vietnamese enterprises.
He is also a legal advisor for foreign-invested enterprises (FDI) inside and outside industrial parks such as VSIP, My Phuoc, Bau Bang, and Tan Uyen, particularly in the areas of contracts, taxes, labor, commerce, import-export, and business licenses.
